James L. Williams tenancies is an autonomous division of specialist installers and technicians who are able to respond very quickly to client requests and to efficiently handle both large and small tenancy projects. All new and refurbished work must comply with the requirements of the relevant statutory building code, in particular the Building Code of Australia (BCA).

The tenancy divisions in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane can easily complete design and construct projects with the assistance of our in-house engineering and drafting facilities. Working closely with consultants, builders and property owners to complete high quality installations on time and within budget.
