From its beginning James L. Williams has had a service and maintenance department. In the 1800’s the tradesman used horse and cart for a service vehicle, today however its Melbourne service department directly employs more than 30 people and boasts an annual turnover of around $6 million.

JLW is one of Victoria’s leading service companies and along with its manufacturing, installation, engineering and commissioning departments, it is able to offer the full range of services required to provide their clients with a one stop shop for all our clients air conditioning and mechanical services needs.

Service staff are fully conversant with all brands of equipment from standard package units through to Centrifugal Chillers, together with associated systems including pumps, fans and controls.

By focusing on the latest technology, keen organisational skills and the desire to foster a talented and happy working environment, JLW is able to service over 150 clients. The service department is contactable 24 hours a day 7 days a week through the office located in Thomastown.
